he is past the guy Arc, the sun is coming through every window on the left, even the ones you can't see off screen. If you look there is a shard of light were micky's leg ends, then there is a patch of dark, then the guys shirt begins

I mean Mikey's tail should really clear this up, he is past the guy, and hence light is permitted by the act of magic to achieve interaction with the guys shirt, they get married, and honeymoon in brazil, maybe they will come say Hi Arc lol ;)
