Why did this get voted so heavily? http://photoshopcontest.com/view-entry/110704/votes.html

Am I missing something? Is my monitor borked? *Not Sarcastic*

I was dinking with my monitor and realised how off my levels were. My Bird picture looked perfect until I reset my monitor and it turned yellow and green...

Forget the PS skills. It's just a beautiful image. The use of red to break through the dead nuetral gray world is terriffic. It makes you think. I think of it as a child's purity, love and joy destoyed by such a cruel cold nuetral world. Don't you get anything from this image? Sometimes we have to step back as Photoshoppers and look at the big picture. Wink
I hate the signature. Confused

Ever heard the theory that beautiful looking people always fit into a certain template of features? Chin, eyebrows, cheekbones, etc? Well, I gave it another look from close and a few feet away. Even though I've had little formal graphic training, I know my way around the basics of photography. Something just looks unsettled. The bright un-organic wheels do make the contrast with the organic old slabs but, They just don't seem to be in the right spots. It looks sorta lopsided. Maybe it just needs more cowbell.
