I have lyrics that I have tried to translate and one word is a pain in the ass. I can't find neither translation nor definition for the word "tragattini".

Here's a part of the chorus:

i miei amici son pancioni,
Puttanieri, faccendieri e tragattini
Sono gobbi e son mafiosi massoni piduisti e celerini.
(Modena City Ramblers: Quarant'Anni)

Could somebody Please help me.

I searched several italian-english translators, and none had that word!!!
