What's up with all the Dark entries? ...Evil, Death, Darkness....

I can tell people spend a lot of time on thier work and it looks good..but why Death?

Death is life.
And ultimately, life is death.

Both are recurring themes in art...along with sexuality...which...if this wasn't a family friendly site, I'm sure we'd see a lot of that as well.

And good VS. evil is something a LOT of us struggle with everyday...and it just tends to creep into our work.



But, hey...It's all art.

But I suppose a simpler answer would be...

"Why not??"

If you do dark or weird entries... you'll do good, combine the two = winner most times.

I personally don't have that dark of a side to me. Sure its there buried deep, sometimes it comes out when push comes to shove... but most times its not in my nature... So I try to make Lighter more funny, pleasing to me entries. But that doesn't always get the high marks here. Oh effing well. I'm not about to change just to grab some extra votes here and there.
I like battling against the darkness. I will always battle against the darkness, here and in my real life...

I like Pork Chops.

I like all kinds of different chops, sometimes even dark, depending on the mood. I love to see funny chops too but am not too good at them myself.
