option 2 - print to a color printer and scan
option 3 - take a digital snapshot of your screen
option 4 - put a piece of tracing paper over your screen, trace, color using pencils, paints, felt tips, etc. Scan.
option 5 - open Illustrator in a new window and start brushing up on your vector skills. Place in PS, crop and resize.

I can probably come up with a few more

ok vokaris i guess one of your options will do best for me, I said before don't think I'm stupid, i guess I must be because I don't know how to take a screen shot.

on a PC you press the PrintScreen button. It copies the current screen to the Clipboard. In Photoshop go to File - New. By default the new document dialog will show the dimensions of the picture in the clipboard. Paste (Ctrl-V) will make a new layer with the screenshot in your new document. Flatten, Crop and resize.
