Found a cool technique that Procyon may want to look into!

Basically the idea is to use standard CSS to make a hidden field in the form (not using the "hidden" attribute of the input field). Bots ignore CSS and would see the hidden field and fill it in. Human viewers wouldn't do that (unless they disabled CSS and if they did well shame on them). Anyway when the form is submitted then backend code looks at the contents of the field. If it's empty then the post is allowed. If the field is filled in then it's disallowed.

Won't stop the flesh and blood spammer scum but it'd help curtail the bots.
