PS Core based seeding
One image per round, all competitors work from it
Each round will begin on a Monday @ 8AM EDT
Each round will be four days
Two days for entries to be submitted
Two days for voting
Anonymous image owners
Image must be up to 250KB and less than 700x700 (wxh in pixels)
No .gif images
Competitors must post an image or will be black listed from future tournaments
Do not sign up if you will not have time to compete over the next few weeks
All prizes are final, no refunds or exchanges

It's good form and a sign of respect to vote for your competitor, imho.

but you feel such a twat if you get beaten by one vote and the other guy didn't vote for you, but like Eve say, good form and a sign of respect

General anonymous contest rules apply.
Don't reveal which entry is yours to anyone by any means via this site or otherwise.
And it IS good form to vote for your opponent
