Your PSC account is yours from whatever computer you're using. AOL just screws everything up.

I don't know if this is an IP problem, or the fact that I'm on AOL at home? I can log on at my friends house, he has a cable modem, I have no problems there. Just at my house. So what I'm asking is what am I doing wrong?
I have the same issue at work. It seems whenever I go into threads, I get logged out. Same thing with PM's. I assume it is an IP issue of some sort. In my office I am on a large network connected to the real world via a couple of T-1 lines. We've got security up the yingyang, so it may have something to do with that, but I don't think so. We sure as Hell ain't using AOL.

Aliases arent that easy to deal with. Takes a ton of work to keep up with. Anyway, relax. Looks to me like the spam problem has been pretty much fixed. I'm sure Proc will come up with something to try and deal with this too.
How many aliases does everyone think are trolling around here at PSC? Some of you make it sound like only 50% of the active users/voters/contestants are "real" and the rest are aliases.
Having said that, if Tonto really is MickeyinSa, he should be banned again  I think I still have screenshots of his asshatery and he's lucky to have lasted this long. With that revelation, I'm also certain he has another alias floating around here somewhere What other screen names do you have Tonto?

MickeyInSa was fun where did he go. Well that said he managed to offened most people on the site including us brits but what can you expect from an alias

I doubt we need a flame forum.
PSC drama is rarely that intense anymore.
The alias problem is that indeed...of active users a huge percentage are alias.Not just that, many of them have a huge chip on their shoulder and
have become a disruption as bad as the spam ever was.

TOFU!.perhaps you misunderstood, I was presenting the option that couple could still post--but only one person in household may use forums
and vote.
Showcase, you havent been around much in awhile......
you sound like you're talking about a completely different site entirely.
BTW, even with alias voting the poll stands at 90% want aliases dealt with.
You were very persuasive at getting Proc to change the chat box back to the bottom of the page---although nearly all the active chat users wanted it at the top, thanks.
