My turn, best of '07. I'm not gonna have any surprises I don't think , but i'll give it a shot Smile

In no particular order:
Iron & Wine - The Shepard's Dog

Laiiiiiiiid back hippie music that I just cant seem to get enough of.

Resurection (live) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LyAg04So98

Modest Mouse - We were dead before the ship even sank

Lots of sound here to, one of the best IMO.

Dashboard-

Kevin Smith - Spirit if...

This guy was in K.C. Accidental (great full ambient) then Broken Social Scene (baroque pop) [both amazing] and now his solo. Also the BF of Feist, who can wail nice too. This whole album gots lots of energy and i recommend Smile

Lucky ones-

Couldn't find a good quality feed, but this shows energy atleast.

Other notables:
The Good, the Bad, and the Queen
Elliot Smith - New Moon
Earlimart - Mentor Tormentor
Shins - Wincing the night away

It's an album I discovered last weeks. Amazingly good. Some influences from Pink Floyd, The Beach Boys, Sigur Ros & intense & deep like Arcade Fire... but very different. It's another great Montréal band!! Surprised

Oh man, I can't believe I forgot about this one. I haven't listened to it since summer so it wasn't on my mind, but man, I love this album.

Sure! I thought you already knew that band.
I talked about it on page 37 of this thread.
To listen the best of Wibutee...
http://www.wibutee.net/playmachine/index.html
Click on "click here for the sternklang remix..."
Click on "listening to albums..."
Click on "Eight Domestic Challenges"

So much music ,so few brain cells left Rolling Eyes so that's why they seemed familiar. Doh! Laughing
