OKAY - IMPORTANT FOR MAC USERS: you gotta delete your username/library/application support/firefox/profiles folder as well as your username/library/preferences/org.mozilla.firefox.plist file.

I seem to be GOOD TO GO NOW.

perhaps I only needed to have done that? instead of removing and then re-installing the whole thing?

I think I'll go use Opera instead. Razz

Yay. Etc. Huh..

Sorry for the trouble. You're probably thinking I was just screwing with you, but I honestly did read that on another forum, but your results show that there was a different cause of the problem, obviously. I hope it didn't cause you to lose any bookmarks or extensions.

Now ditch the mac and get a real computer.
Wink

Iz cool, MazeMan - I read that somewhere else too. Re-installing FireFox is a cakewalk compaired to OTHER things (like Creative Suite CS3!) so little time wasted. AND it might not have worked if I hadn't reloaded it.

If I really thought you were screwing with me you'd be buying me a beer RIGHT NOW. But I see no beer. So all is good. (as good as it can get with having NO beer around Huh..)
