Another way to do this, assuming the line of pixels is at an EDGE of the image: IMAGE=>CANVAS SIZE. Just enter a dimension that is one pixel SMALLER than what you want. Be sure to lock the crop with the 'crop direction' icons (those arrows coming out of a box icon) so that it only trims away the edge you don't want.

YOU CAN'T....Turn to the PHOTOSHOP BIBLE verse 4:20 in the Gospel of Gif, it states....thou shall not remove any one row of pixels, unless thou burn in hell for all thy days.
You ever heard of SPONTANEOUS HUMAN COMBUSTION....Thats what happened, they were trying to remove a row of pixels.

Damn. Dew already took that sarcastic reply... I should read more carefully.

....you could always try shaking your computer violently and yelling "GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE!!" That usually gets rid of some pixels.
