Though rather BRUSK, Splodge's answer is fairly typical and mostly correct.
"LEGALLY" you can't just plunk anyone's music onto your video and then "publish" it in a public place.
BUT Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney have bigger fish to fry than hunting YOU down and suing your pants off!
And, if you haven't actually made any money / profits from said particular video, they will most likely just send you a letter (well, their LEGAL department will send the letter - they chouldn't give two poops about you themselves

) saying STOP DOING THAT and you'll remove "Shake Your Booty" from your video and everyone will be happy.
And, again

Splodge makes a good and somewhat accurate point: giving credit where credit is due is NEVER EVER a bad thing to do.
