I'm with 202... Although I have probably put a couple long explanations on my chops.
But, since not a lot of people click big it is sometimes necessary to do so.
I cant help but tell people what I did cause I'm not used to artists looking at my work it's usually just regular ole' people who have no idea what went into a chop. The average person looks at Photoshop like DaVinci's code so I feel the need to say " well I used 5 different pictures and extended the original and Blah Blah Blah..." Recently though I have realized I get a better turn out if I just shut up and write something short and sweet.

I didn't start this thread to get anyone's panties twisted, I was being honest and wanted some feed back. And for the most part I got the input I sought.

The only thing people write that turns me off, and sometimes causes me to think twice about voting for a chop, is when they ask for votes.

Don't ask for votes when you upload a chop. It invariably has the opposite effect.

So all in all...
what i have learned is, not to be so judg"mental" about titles of entries. to look at the entry and overlook what bugs me in a title and to remember this is photoshopcontest and not poetshopcontest.
