Hello my friends...

My mom passed away last night. She was 91.

I was on my way to see her (in Kansas) because I knew she was... you know, but I arrived too late. She died about an hour and 20 mintues before I landed.

She was a fun, caring woman - I get a lot of my silliness from her. She majored in vocal performance, and was a teacher for many years, teaching private voice & piano lessons, and taught jr. high english and elementary school music (she was my music teacher from 3rd or 4th grade to 6th grade).

I'm glad I got to take her on some vacations including to NYC & New England for fall trips and a weeklong Christmas trip to Las Vegas.

I will miss her very much.

Sorry to here about your mum, it must be a very difficult time for you right now.
Its sounds like you mum was a very special kind of person who enjoyed giving to others and who lived a very good life.
I'm sure you were very proud of her and her of you.

I know what its like to lose a parent and right now you need your friends and family around you, and i know you have a great deal of friends on PSC who will send you all thier love.

Its difficult to know what to say to anyone who has lost someone, except that i send you and your family my best wishes.

mums are good mums are fun i realy wish i had more than one,
i lost my mother a couple of month ago, she was the original hippy, a few years before hippies ever happened, (remember i am 52 years old)
