It's a garbage can lid which apparently has been there a long time as there is dirt in it and some plants growing in it.
We can now end this thread as this is a definitive answer and we can move on and identify something else.
Always willing to help another PSC member.

Eepi... i would smoke it anyway. It could be a new "HYBRID" strain of some Blu-bonic- Kronic. Even if you're sure it's not POT, why take the chance of passing by, the best BUZZ of your life. Better high, than sorry.
