WOW, I love your photos, when I look at them I am ashamed of mine
Thanks Sirenka, i've not had my camera that long and so far i'm really pleased with the results.
And i've also enjoyed travelling around Devon and Somerset over the last few days, and they forecast rain this weekend too.
Glad this time they got it wrong

the only way into the house is across the bridge as the mote goes all the way around.
mote /moht/
–noun
1.a small particle or speck, esp. of dust.
I think you mean...
moat /moht/
–noun
1.a deep, wide trench, usually filled with water, surrounding the rampart of a fortified place, as a town or a castle.
Nice pictures!

"moat"..............comes from the word "moativated"
what they had to keep doing to the people that made moats...........

Here's my link

Me and my partner Tony wnet out on Saturday to Christchurch, UK. We took a tiny motor boat from Tuckon village on the River stour towards Mudeford bay.
We took Jessy along who's my new model (haha) (artistic experiment!).
Once we were on the river the heavens opened and the water became very choppy, very difficult to take stills! Tony almost lost control on the boat and was convinced we'd be dragged out to the open seas, talk about panic-he won't hear the last of that for a long time
Anyway we had a great day and hope you enjoy
