I keep checking the obituaries to see if my name is there. If it's not, then I figure I'm ok.

Really, I'm just trying to get pictures of Nancers in a bikini.
As you age, your metabolism slows down which is natural. If you eat the same amount and don't increase your metabolic rate through exercise you will gain weight. I am old here compared to most at PSC, however I keep in shape by participating in daily workouts at the gym to help maintain my weight and strength. I also do not eat at fast food restaurants that provide empty calories and basically fill the hole. I also enjoy a few adult beverages so I am not a total stick in the mud.
Sadly the next pandemic will be obesity. It has already begun and I feel sorry for the children that I see that are at a very young age, well obese. The trend towards fast food that I attribute to parents who are too busy to prepare foods that are wholesome and healthy and opt for the convenience of package foods, fast (fat) foods restaurants will lead to heart disease, diabetes and what else will start to take a toll and the results will be a shortened life expectancy. The really sad part of this is that the best family times are probably those shared at the dinner time.
Hey it’s a wonderful world and it’s great to be alive, why would anyone for momentary “grease high” jeopardize this?
I will get off my pulpit now!
Yeah.Ok.Now where are the pictures??

OK, many of you have seen these before...my engagement picture in B/W for the newspaper dammit, no comments about not having color back then....make fun of the mullet. This was late in the 80's.
My bachelorette party, also late in the 80's:
Me as a bride late in the 80's:
One of my first avatars here at PSC:
(Insert deleted image from lost SuperBowl bet....use your imagination if you haven't seen it already)
Me at work 2-3 years ago, yeah, they gaussian blurred me. Hrmph!:
And my latest clone picture, done just this year. The one of me with the knife was used for a chop the chopper.

My son was borg in 79 too. We were living in London at the time. Seeing your photos really brought back those days.

I'm still pretty young, but here's me at a year or two before PSC. It's been a few years. Somewhere around 2003 and 2004.
This is me recently. Tired, working, and wasting life.
