Extra quirrel you say!

Squirrel Surprise!

~ 1squirrel, deboned and cut into chunks
~ 1 can (12oz) cream of mushroom soup
~ 1 can (12oz) cream of chicken soup
~ 1/2 can water
~ 2 - 3 carrots, sliced into 1/4" slices
~ 2 - 3 slices bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
~ 2 cups fresh or frozen green beans
~ 8oz fresh mushrooms, sliced if desired
~ 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
~ salt, garlic powder, parsley, curry, black and cayenne pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a crock-pot.

Cook on low for 4 hours or until the carrots are soft.

Serve and enjoy.

Unless you are from Amsterdam - then it is Stoned Soup. Wink Razz
