This is for where I work. We have a photography session to shoot a couple of our most recent houses. I just found out that the company has never required a waiver for the use of the photos. This recently bit the company in the butt when they let a salesman go whose home was featured in quite a few billboard and print campaigns.

So now we need to get a waiver prior to shooting these houses. Corp counsel claims they can't get one done in time (shoot is Wednesday).

So do any of my PSC photography-minded pals have a waiver that they wouldn't mind me appropriating for our use? Basically one that says once the pics are taken they belong to the company and not the homeowner.

Found a waiver online and modified it. Hopefully it'll be enough.
