Hey guys, I know this isn't really a forum for this but I know no other place with such a broad international group of people as active as this. I wanted to check and see if a website opens properly across platforms. Someone brought up a problem with the loading of this site and I want to see if anyone has problems with it loading, loading time etc...

here is the address: http://www.cbrmotorcars.com

If you don't mind telling me where in the world you are at also. Thanks in advance and sorry for using the forums this non-photoshop related way.

Ivan

Oregon USA, Firefox and Iron

Worked fine in Iron, but I only run that browser when I suspect Firefox not to be loading something.

For Firefox, the Flash slideshow didn't load. I'm used to this, I've got a plug-in/add-on called NoScript. Whenever I go to a new site, most scripts are blocked, and a little icon in the bottom right of my browser has a red exclamation point letting me know that scripts have been blocked. I can then allow scripts by clicking on the icon and permit different levels of activity. After doing so, your site loads fine.

Just for the fun of it, I revoked all NoScript permissions and clicked around on the site. Even with no scripts running, it navigates fine, you just can't see the flash slideshow on the home page is all, it's just a big empty area with the charcoal background. All text and links display fine.

I also tried it in a new software package I stole from vokaris called Clitwood 4.0. It displays a whole lot of depth I've never seen before in a webpage that my computer monitor could barely handle. I saw flying cars with no wheels, selling for €48 million. I guess we use Euros in the future. It's hard to navigate for more than 30 seconds because my system overheats and crashes.

Works on an iPad connected via wireless, slightly slower on 3G. Flash doesn't work on first page, but that's because flash doesn't WORK on an ipad....yet.

Blurry shot, but you get the idea.
