What on earth happened? Many people in Malta are Supporters of the English Team but this game was rather disappointing.

Sorry ReyRey, it is something we grew up with... just as Baseball is something you grew up with and Icehockey is something the Canadians grew up with... and Australian football (rugby like football without earmuffs - or as you know it College Football (but without the full armor as the Americans know it) is something BLue Lurker grew up with
We are fully aware that compared to all those other sports (..... hmmm, well you could call them sports).... football (or SOCCER as it is also known) ... is for sissies.
But, it is played all over the world, and not by a few elite schools in the USA, so, perhaps that is the problem. You need to understand it to know it.

that is the biggest under-statement in the entire history of under-statements what was Rooney doing, or no as it turned out. And the rest of them, why was Defoe and Crouch not put on about 30 minutes earlier, and Wright-Philips...jesus christ

Edit: The mad thing is, it was sitting on the goal that England where attacking. I was wishing for it's feathers to be ruffled!

I tried to watch the game today and I lasted about five minutes.
Everybody was blowing them f#%##! horns! It sounded like killer bees
attacking! It was f#%*?!! annoying!
