lol I have gigabytes worth of images from APOD and other sources. I would share them if I had a good place to upload hundreds of large images automatically via ftp or something. Seems like there aren't any good free file hosting sites anymore.

I use ImageShack, some of these were huge files, thats why this format would be cool, because you could go through lots of images here and not have to wait for each one to open on the nasa site, but it would take a group effort, and I know how much help you get around here... Confused keep them @ 1000 pixels or less wide, I was keeping mine at either 1000 or 800 wide to keep them aligned.

Ok, Imageshack has improved a lot since I last used it, so here is a batch of images I have available to me at the moment. Most of my collection is on a hard drive that is currently out of commission until I can get it fixed.

I uploaded like 100 or so images, just browse them to your heart's content.

Some aren't real images but I liked them and use them for backgrounds, while others might be the same image but at different sizes.

Most of the ones I posted are public domain. There are some illustrations and a few photographs that are not, but it's pretty easy to tell.
