RIP Jack Kevorkian
Did he get a taste of his own medicine?
You know things are bad when your family or friends gets you a Jack Kevorkian gift certificate for your birthday...

You beat me to it... yes, a daring man indeed, and I do hope that some day his principles will be made into a human right, the right to have a say in your own lifes end.

Dr. Kevorkian was an artist of very dark subject matter, strong images I would say.

Actor James Arness, who personified the tall, rugged lawman of the American frontier as Marshal Matt Dillon on "Gunsmoke," U.S. television's longest-running prime-time drama, died on Friday at age 88.

His brother was Peter Graves from the old Mission Impossible on TV.

RIP Bill Haast, creator of Miami Serpentarium, he was 100
News report from 1962, he had already been bitten 79 times, many of them cobras
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHAaXoH9Tt4
It was 2006 and he was still extolling the virtues of venom, saying he injected himself weekly with a cocktail from five snakes — cobras, cottonmouths, kraits, mambas and rattlers — homeopathy the Food and Drug Admnistration would never endorse.
"I could become a poster boy for the benefits of venom,'' Mr. Haast boasted. "If I live to be 100, I'll really make the point.''
And so he did.
