my friend and I are starting a game development studio, we will be working on everything from Oldschool RPG style games, to new age android/iphone games and more. At first, this will be non paying, but eventually we would like it to be something that generates income. SO!

We're looking for people that can be helpful to the team, we have several game ideas in mind, and are starting development on a massive single player RPG which should be quite epic. We will also be working on side projects as well.

What we need?
we need 3d modellers, texture editors, music producers, map designers, storyline editors, programmers, and all around creative people that are willing to work for peanuts (and a decent bit of promotion) and hopefully get paid eventually lol. We are just videogame lovers who want to recreate gameplay experiences we all felt growing up for this new generation. Videogames suck now adays, lets make them good again...

Okay - here is the problem I have with your above post:

a) "we're very serious about game development"

b) " this will be non paying"

The second point means that the first point is NOT all that accurate. Just sayin'

AND . . . speaking as a professional marketer, starting a post HERE with the subject "Are you a creative individual?! " is somewhat a thumb in the eye of all who play here.

Perhaps you should rethink this approach.
