on left side is my grandfathers pic. Can anybody transform this to color pic. or would like to give any sugesstion about how to transform it on psc. Pls help me

Why don't you take away the broken glass first?
That way, you can have it colored without having to repair the image.
Repairing the image is possible, but it takes more time, that's all.
Also, without the glass, you won't have as much reflections of the light and therefor a better source to work with.

If you can do that, I'll help you coloring it if you like. (including repairing)

this pic was taking by me in my hometown. Now i am not there so i cant capture the pic again. Even if the man on right side is not in the frame its ok. i just want to transform the man on left side(grand father). And gift him the colored pic when i return

Look at a photo of another person in color. You'll see a whole range of colors in the face.

Here is one that I'm working on of my grandmother who recently passed away. I've added some reds and pinks on the cheeks, eyelids, forehead and neck. I have some more work to do on the hair, background, clothes and may even add some more subtle skin-tones to it. I'm using Overlay for colors and painting different hues over-top of the B&W image.
