I want a special computer like yours. If I hover the mouse I get "click to vote comment..." then if I click on the thumbnail I get the alt text thing.

The alt tag is for captions, like for the blind. The alt text was meant to be used if the image cannot be/is not shown to the user. Alt text is not supposed to do anything but tell people what they are missing. I haaaaaavev worse than alcoho going on rightnow, my keyboard driiver is being strangle by y FS driver.
