But I think it would be cool if everybody did their best to vote in each contest, cause it just might come down to the wire for some.

And I have a question for the powers that be... Will the votes given go towards our VPP's?

Agree about maximum voting by everyone and no it won't count towards vpp unless the powers to be are very very drunk. Most contests will likely have well over 100 votes.

dude... VPP worths nothing... don´t care about VPP... I used to care about it... I was in heaven when my jar got (WOW!!) 50 votes... then the site changed, votes became more usual, and now 50 votes is what a good chop gets, not a great one... so... it really doesn´t mean anything...

Arc is hugely correct on this issue. There are several users from before the site change who would have easy 50+ vpp's since the change. I think there is growing interest in some new statistical implementations that jmh is being very wise to address. Just give the fella some time and he will come through big.
