Seriously. Yesterday I chopped the dreads off. They were fun, but six months of hair that can't be combed, and can only be washed once a week, was enough to convince me that dreads are just not for me.
I feel ten pounds lighter.

Ha!! Nancers, that avatar is perfect. I suppose I should update mine, huh? Hmm.
Anyway, here is a photo from this morning. It's not all *that* short.
Apologies that you can't see my hair that well. My photographer is 12.
It was a lot of fun having dreads, but I'm really a clean-hair kind of gal, and if you wash dreads too much.. they get moldy.  Not that that would happen to me, but still. Gross.
Reinman, your sock looks fabulous. Two socks up.

Rein, you're amazing! How you managed to bring out my hair without bringing out the lines on my forehead just dazzles me. I think I'll let you enhance all my photos, in the future.
