I agree with sage. Clint Eastwood and Jerry Orbach. Although the image does bear striking resemblance to Dustin Hoffman.
Reminds me of the "When celebrities mate" game that Conan O'Brien does/did on his show.

Looks to me like Donald Sutherland and Clint Eastwood, or it could be Donald Sutherland and Dustin Hoffman or Donald Sutherland and Al Pacino or even Donald Sutherland and Robert DeNiro. For one uncompromised guess, I would go with Sutherland and Eastwood.
