I don't know if you read my other posts on the topic, but I actually tried to get the alias/name back before I started this one, the email address I used for the account was long gone, so I could not get the password back, afterwards I emailed PSC asking if I could get the password and get the account back. After several days I tried again, still no response, so I decided at that point to make a new one. I actually wanted the old one because I liked the name and the posts I had made back in those days.
