Well, I have a picture of my Grandmother. She passed away a few years ago from cancer. This is the last photo we have with all of her hair before treatment. Problem is, it's way too bright. Her facial features are there, bust blinded out. We are working on a memorial for her and really need this picture. I can't say that I can offer any money.... but if it really has to come down to that we can talk.... but I'm hoping people can help out of their gracious souls Smile

I just want to bring out her face more so you can see her better is all. I tried messing with curves to no avail.

I had a play with it but the image is a little t low res.
Do you have a link to a higher res image that we can use.

Photobucket allow for some good sized images as do a few other free sites.

As you can see, there is no information in any of the color channels.

A little info in the Magenta channel. At best you will get a weak posterized version of the pic.

Sorry but I suggest finding another picture.

Anna, that's great Smile That's a ton more clear then the original.

My Scanner only goes to 1200 dpi, so I did a rescan. This is as good as it gets Huh..

I can't say whether it's even better then the 1st one really.
