..though i wondered why only 15 votes but may be theres a shadow issue...the sunset is very strong and down, there should be a dark and long shadow from the bird and the "tree".The rest is perfect.

Thanks, Naiko for your vote, nice compliments and suggestion. I tried working with a shadow, but it doesn't seem to fit. The sun is setting and soft, so the light is not very strong on the hilltop.

The darker side of the tree is away from the sun as is the eagle's chest, so I am not sure that a shadow works in this situation.
