some very soft shadows under its feet will help the integration..as it is the lighting and lack of matching shadows is spoiling the piece

Really good work. If you do not mind, I would like to make a suggestion about the shadows. Your duck sort of looks like it's floating. Maybe a light shadow underneath might do the trick. Great work anyway :)

thanks for the votes and the feedback, its always nice to get an opinion other than your own. you stare at something so long you cant seem to find the obvious errors...i'll try and get the shadow changed at some point time permitting.
