nice shadow and lighting details.... i especially like how you changed the original dark shadow part of the shirt and flipped them... i think that his helmet is odd for this theme maybe an orange helmet would tie in the working theme. great work otherwise

dunno what Mark's smoking but the lighting is almost random. The tiles appear to be lit by flat ambient lighting whereas the guy now has harsh lighting on his back,top of his helmet, upper arm & underside of his arm. However..good idea & composition

Good idea. More light on the scene is needed to match the light hitting your guy who also needs light on the back of his helmet to match the light on the back of his shirt.

Also I really like the way you switched the dark and light areas on the guy to make this work with the light source on the external, hope people notice that

its a good entry Andy, and yes some lighting is off, but I was impressed the length Eve went to change up the light and dark areas to match the lighting direction, could do with some shading and darkening around the bottom where man meets ground though.
