I have tried to show muscle structure through the suit on the shoulders through shading and highlights Kris, and the curvature of this area does make it look like they are too big, but it is like you say the way the suit is constructed.

from the same batch of face shots Doug, well observed, and the mask is hand done, and is not symetrical in that respect. As costumes go though, there look will be visually quite symetrical overall if you think about it. I did add small details however
