tone down colors slighty and bleand water edge better into buildings wouold greatly inprove this, otherwise nice work

Still a little bright on the colours, mainly on the reds and greens. Try a little burning on the darker details to give more depth. Nice job

Look at the front two runners in this contest, thats where you need to be. Dont try and do large colouration little bits at a time works better and detail is the key. Your faces are green not a flesh tone. water and banks same color as well.
