I'm not sure I get it.....what's he doing? Why are those lanterns like flame throwers?? Enough with the fire already. Small flames would make more sense.

A couple strange things.... The reflection of he brick wall just stops all of a sudden. Change up the barrels a bit. they are all exactly the same. Something strange sticking out of his cloak down his left side (our right) Where it meets the barrel.

angles of the barrels are different but yes could do with alteration to each, the wall is reflecting all over the scene but the water is clear, it is the original base of the wall you can see Rey. & as for the flames, well I guess that personal opinion

Oh and I am confused you don't understand Rey what he is doing. The referance is wide ranging, but mainly as a point you can associate to, Prohibition in the U.S back in the early 20th century, bootleggers secretly made and imported alcohol to cities...

... using backstreets and tunnel and sewer systems. Hope that helps a bit in making it clearer. This guy in short, is the middle man between the bootlegger and the illegal sellers of the alcohol.
