Pretty good clean up. The trim gets kind of wobbly behind his head, also the color of the door should match the color of it's trim when it is closed. You have a light side on the door up against dark trim, it doesn't work.

By the way... I like your dark style on most things, but why here??? It just makes the room look burnt to me. It doesn't really match the scene. IMHO. :)
