Make the bottom cookie slightly smaller and push it back a bit to give it some perspective. Plus add some irregularities to the bite marks.

Voks' got it right. The cookie's at a different perspective than the glass and the bite mark is a little "glassy" looking from being so smooth.

Just noticed the cream filling could use a bit of bulging too (on the left and front it seems to sink in). Possibly a simple shadow fix? Looking forward to the update.
