I couldn't find painting hand with gloves but I modified it I think it's looks like a little frozen hand now

I think it would have been better to remove the hand. The blue dots looks fake. And the shadow from the penguin is wrong. To dark. The shadow should be more like blue, like the shadow in the external you have used. IMO.
