I did this last year or something. Not the greatest. But I used black rasterized text and duplicated the layer and used different blending and layer styles to try and make it look etched. Was not dogging your chop just trying to give you ideas.

imho you have an attitude problem and are giving more importance to winning or loosing than seeing it as an opportunity to learn and become better skilled at photoshop,which apart of the creative & social aspects,again imo is the main reason for this site
