I made the eye's darker. The hood I think is ok. If you put a mask on, it doesn't change the placement of the hood.

I wouldn't adjust the vibrancy with an image adjustment. Use an adjustment layer so it's a non destructive adjustment. Chowdah is right, though, the hoody has too much vibrance. But the chop is hilarious! 👍🏼

Yeah that's better but the hoodie is a bit dark now. Or maybe the dog head is too bright with not enough contrast. Either or.
