Nice one pat. I don't know if you were trying to make the people "stand out" in the pic, but if you wanted a subtler blend, you can try using the pen tool. and then the blurr tool with airbrush at a low pressure. this is a very nice picture. keep up the good work

Nice use of the source and love the color in the background. I agree with L-Dawg I would have darkened the outline, but then when I looked on this on the home PC and not the Laptop, it looked a lot different, no glow on the foreground. Very nice work Pat.
