you put a lot of work into this (i just looked at your sources) it's a great idea (i love the pizza decor :-) ) and you did a great job. the only problem i had that kept me from initially voting, is that the view outside where the roof has been taken out, does not match the view outside from the kitchen window. the outside views are totally different. one well lit, brightly sunny outside, out in the country with nearby houses or outbuildings; the other with trees (the trees do work well), big imposing skyscrapers and a very dark and cloudy sky. perhaps there's some meaning to the opposing views you meant to imply that i'm not getting at first glance. great work, obviously a lot of time put into this

It was a bit hard for me to figure out what was going on, and I'm still not sure I do ... and I agree with the Olive comment about the outside view. But the ceiling breakage, and particularly the falling ceiling materials sold me. Nice PS work there.

okay - almost didn't get my vote because: 1) that view out the ceiling hole - don't care how you talk about it, it doesn't LOOK right. 2) though the bits falling in around the ceiling hole are cool, I can't seem to find any evidence of rubble or ceiling bits on the countertop - in fact the kitchen looks WAY TO CLEAN in general. 3) there is no third point.
But overall it is a confused and weird scene that you've created so for that you get a ReinVOTE! :D

All been said except I would match the shadows you added under the freaked out guy at the table to the shadow of the table itself. Your added shadow is much softer than the shadow the table is casting and that trows things off a bit too. Still voting for you ya madman.
