Was anything from the source used, or did you just take a photo of a piano and just twist it? Hard to tell, since the source pics we've been getting are very poor quality.

Jclark, all source (and PS) is used as indicated below my picture, except for the hand. I cut out the little piece of wood at the top of the organ and stretched it.

....I didn't do anything to the wood other than stretch it and apply a wave to it.
