all source and photoshop. knife was made to shape, gradiant, fibers, blur, then duped and chromed. afterwards merged, resized, warped and highlighted. made to look as the part of the knife that contacts the surface is between the 2 halves of garlic ;)

On my laptop screen this looks like the knife is part of the white PSC background. I liked that. Anyway the shadow from the garlic slice is a little hard and black.
