in the green bars ...there is white text.. target description ..you can see it in the small ..but in big no..and if there isnt then the green bars make no sense..so wat are the green bars for??

imagine them moving with numbers flicking up, like defining light readings or distances, the bars are one of those things you randomly get in h.u.d's that you think, hmmm what are they doing... ah who cares, they look busy lol ;o)

well to a degree you have a point, as in a static state they have no use as such, but they are for imaginative effect, letting the viewer taking it further. Also I really do not see what you mean still about the text that is not there lol
