I think the fishes could be a little more clear as the ones in the back look nearly transparant. Might be just me though. Nevertheless, best in comp and thanks for explaining how you did the effects Abraham :)

Darknotter, it's also the source, change the color, dodge some part, ocean ripple then opacity. Put the kois between the original and the water.

Oh, there are 2 layers of green, 1 rippled and 1 isn't. Erase the parts that's not water before making a ripple.
