The rider is matching the motion blur of the bike, so the outer edges can appear transparent.

i can see the bike's saddle, fuel tank and handlebar behind the guy's body, the blur does NOT match, doesn't even match the direction

Oh okay. I think I see what you mean. I had opened my file and realized it is another layer that I used as another overlay to darken the image some. But had to look real close and turn off a few top layers to find it. :)

I duplicated the leaping man layer a few times. Hopefully that fixed the problem of ghosting.

the rider is still way too transparent and the number on the bike is backwards. Correct these elements and you have an easy win next time.
