Blur the city a bit more, also careful with the clonestamp brush, there are some spots that you can see were cloned. Good job.

I agree with Nat. Crop the sky not the car/road. Also the seam line on the car's hood is jagged on my screen?

good*! a small detail: The money trail seems to get trapped in the building. Make some flow into the sky, to add depth....also, scatter it a bit more.
